It can also increase nitric oxide production, improving blood flow and potentially benefit exercise performance ( source). L-Citrulline (2g): L-Citrulline may improve oxygen usage and exercise tolerance. It may also enhance muscle endurance, particularly during high-intensity exercise lasting 1-4 minutes ( source). Beta-Alanine (2g): Beta-Alanine supplementation has been shown to increase exercise capacity and decrease muscle fatigue. It can also enhance muscle size, potentially due to increased water content in muscle cells ( source). Creatine Monohydrate (5g): Creatine supplementation is widely recognized for improving strength and power output during high-intensity exercise. It also boosts the energy and focus category, using 350 mg of caffeine and 350 mg of N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate. These ingredients help pump blood and hydration to your muscles. It contains 9 g of L-citrulline, 5 g of creatine monohydrate, 3 g of Glycer Pump, 2.5 g of Betaine, and 1 g of Agmatine. Hopefully I can add to this when I try the other flavors.Gorilla Mode is a pre-workout supplement that packs a solid formula. To be perfectly fair this is how I imagined all the flavors would come off after I watched Derek’s breakdowns of Mode/Nitric. To me it has that almost astringent taste like the rind of a lemon or a lime. I find it to be very bitter and off putting. It’s hard to describe but this flavor really falls flat. Lemon Lime: I love lemons and limes but this flavor just doesn’t do it for me. However, I’m happy when I finish the last sip. I’m neutral on coconut so that’s why it’s a #3 for me. The broken record with this flavor is “If you don’t like coconut you won’t like this flavor.” I’ll say that’s the best way to describe it. I’d order it if it was the last flavor in stock but never over previously mentioned flavors. Do I want flavor X or Y today?” It’s not a bad flavor by any means but it’s the epitome of a #3 rank. Ok there’s Jungle Juice, o0o0o flavor X or Y. You open your cabinet to pick between the 4 flavors and think “well flavor Z sucks, I’ll drink that eventually (not). Flavor Z is a flavor you’re stuck with and don’t like. Flavors X and Y are flavors you love or like. It’s a fruity tropical drink that’s not really that tropical if you ask me. Jungle Juice: I don’t know what it is but this flavor is so forgettable. I wouldn’t use this flavor as a daily driver but if I wanted to change it up this always hits the spot. 10 year old me would have ranked this my #1 flavor. If you love the firecracker/bomb pop/Bombsicle flavored popsicles you’ll be in heaven. I know Derek has talked about how it is/was a bit of a challenge making the pre taste good because of all the ingredients…you wouldn’t know it with Bombsicle. If you enjoy watermelon definitely add this to your GM arsenal.īombsicle: If there’s an award for most appropriately named flavor, this one wins. To be fair watermelon is a mellow flavor after all. “Oh look another Mouthwatering Watermelon post.” The watermelon flavor doesn’t really pop but it’s still a great flavor. If I was sponsored by Gorilla Mind I’d have been their watermelon lover guy. I’m trying to keep this entire review as honest as I can so I say this. Mouthwatering Watermelon: Disclaimer, I love watermelon. If you don’t like sour I’d probably steer clear of this one. Mango Peach: You know the sour candy peach o rings that aren’t really that sour? That’s almost exactly what this tastes like, except sour! I love sour flavors so this is a winner for me. Either way I don’t think you can miss trying this out. I’m getting tangerine vibes from this one but I’d love to know the real flavor. Volcano Burst: I don’t know what the flavor is but it’s a little tangy and I love it. Once you get below 6, what’s the difference? To me it’s broken down into 4 categories. When it comes to ranking flavors I find that a 1-10 scale is useless. I haven’t tried Firefly Lemonade, Mojo Mojito, Fruit Punch and the new Cherry Blackout so I can’t speak to those flavors. Of course this is all subjective however I feel the insight is useful. With 7 flavors there’s a good chance 1 or 2 will be in stock after you read this so I figured now is a good time. At some point I’d like to do a comprehensive review on all the flavors. I’ve tried 7/11 GM flavors and wanted to share my opinion on the flavors.
